Fees are set by state law and by the Pernambuco Court of Justice table. The notary office only applies the table in force: there is no discount or negotiation.
Is the amount shown here the final price?
Yes. The amounts already include the base fee plus the applicable taxes and levies (TSNR, FERM, FUNSEG, FERC and ISS).
Why does the same act cost different amounts?
Because several acts are charged by value range: sale deeds, donations and estate settlements vary according to the declared value of the asset or transaction.
How do I find the amount for my case?
